The cost of adding your shipment varies depending on the order total. Package Protection is automatically added to every order, however, you do have the option to remove it from your shipment. By removing Package Protection from your order you are waiving coverage and releasing Kiara Sky Professional Nails of any responsibility if your package is lost or stolen (Protection is given in form of replacements only, no refunds) KS Package Protection Updated Procedures Anything over £150 claimed needs a police report to be replaced. All claims are for replacements after delivery only. No refunds/store credit and does not cover delays All replacements over £150 require signature To report a lost/stolen package, you must contact us within 7 days from the date that it is marked delivered.
